Early 19th century English School ‘The Casting Vote or the Independent Speaker’ coloured engraved political caricature print depicting Abbot, the Speaker of House, published by Fores, 34 cm x 25 cm, together with another After C Mottes titled Anti-Reform and Reform, published by Thomas McLean, 1831, indistinctly signed in pencil in the margin, 24 cm x 35 cm, and two Punch political engravings mounted as one. (3). Provenance: The Estate of Lord Weatherill, former Speaker of the House of Commons.
